Strategic Roadmap

Orion Impact is born with a clear mission: to expand digital autonomy in Brazil through local, private, and auditable artificial intelligence — starting in the Federal District.

We organize our evolution into three horizons — short, medium, and long term. Each advances three fronts that move together: social impact, regional technological development, and national technology sovereignty.

Roadmap Structure

Summary

The roadmap is not a list of isolated promises. It is a sequence: each horizon builds the base on which the next becomes possible. In each one we mark verifiable milestones — concrete achievements, not dates — and the three threads that run through them: Impact, Region, and Nation.

01 — Immediate horizon

Short Term — Foundation and Validation

The focus is to consolidate the company’s base, validate the value proposition, and sign the first real pilots — turning Orion Impact’s vision into a demonstrable, applicable solution.

Milestones

Achievements that signal real progress in this horizon — each one a verifiable event.

  • RegionFirst pilot signed with a DF organization in healthcare, legal, or the public sector.
  • RegionSolid partnerships established with institutions in the Federal District.
  • ImpactFirst use cases validated in real scenarios of sensitive data and data-protection compliance.

On the engineering side, the core’s evolution — authentication, memory, and interface — is detailed in Orion Core.

Consolidate the institutional identity

Establish Orion Impact as a Brazilian technology company focused on digital sovereignty, privacy, operational autonomy, and local artificial intelligence.

Strengthen the ORION Core technical base

Evolve ORION Core as a modular, local, and auditable solution, ready for deployment in real environments. The engineering trajectory lives in the Core.

Create practical demonstrations

Develop simple, objective demonstrations showing how ORION Core turns documents and institutional knowledge into useful context for decisions.

Validate the first verticals

Test ORION Core in real healthcare, legal, and public-sector scenarios — organizations that need privacy and data-protection compliance.

Produce trustworthy public materials

Publish content, principles, and explanations that help the public understand technological dependency and Orion Impact’s proposal.

02 — Expansion horizon

Medium Term — Product, Market, and Ecosystem

The focus is to turn the technical base into a replicable solution, expand partnerships, and generate concrete evidence of impact — building capabilities and qualified jobs in the DF.

Milestones

  • ImpactFirst verticals packaged (healthcare, legal, public sector) ready for adoption.
  • RegionFirst training cohort formed and first qualified hires in the DF.
  • ImpactFirst real impact cases documented: privacy, governance, and cost reduction.
  • NationNetwork of partners and adopting organizations expanding beyond the Federal District.

Turn ORION Core into a replicable solution

Organize deployment, support, operation, and documentation so ORION Core can be adopted by different types of organizations.

Lower barriers to AI access

Develop adoption models that reduce recurring costs with cloud, paid APIs, and proprietary licenses, making private AI more accessible.

Build local capabilities

Train professionals and institutions in the Federal District to understand, adapt, and operate AI technologies with greater independence.

Expand strategic partnerships

Establish collaboration with companies, educational institutions, research centers, and innovation environments aligned with digital sovereignty.

Generate real impact cases

Demonstrate, through concrete projects, gains in privacy, operational efficiency, governance, and institutional control of data.

Consolidate the commercial offering

Structure deployment, support, training, and assisted operation for organizations that want to adopt local AI with security and governance.

03 — Sovereignty horizon

Long Term — Sovereignty, Scale, and National Reach

The focus is to consolidate Orion Impact as a reference in sovereign artificial intelligence, expand its impact, and contribute to national technological development.

Milestones

  • NationOrion recognized as a Brazilian reference in local, private, and sovereign AI.
  • NationNational technology adapted and exported to other markets.
  • ImpactPrivate AI accessible to sectors today excluded by technical, financial, or regulatory barriers.

National reference in sovereign AI

Position Orion Impact as a Brazilian reference in local, private, modular, and auditable AI — and work so the country builds and governs its own AI infrastructure, rather than only consuming it.

Strengthen a national ecosystem

Contribute to a network of professionals, organizations, and institutions able to develop, operate, and evolve AI solutions without structural dependence on closed platforms.

Protect institutional knowledge and memory

Help Brazilian organizations keep their data, operational memory, and strategic knowledge in infrastructures controlled by those who produce them.

Export Brazilian technology

Develop national solutions with potential to adapt to other markets, showing that Brazil can create, operate, and export strategic, high-value technology.

04 — Constant

Permanent Direction

Orion Impact exists to turn artificial intelligence into accessible, private, and sovereign capability.

Our commitment runs through the three horizons and rests on three fronts: more social impact, with accessible and secure AI; more regional development, with training and qualified jobs in the DF; and more national sovereignty, with Brazil building and governing its own AI infrastructure.

Digital sovereignty is a collective construction.
