The three pilot verticals are healthcare, legal and the public sector. Small business and local teams are a later expansion market, on the same foundation.
We built a solid, general core first — the hard, invisible part — before verticalizing. Delaying the interface was deliberate: a mature foundation avoids rebuilding the base for every new use case and reduces rework.
The core already runs in a test environment, with data organized in separate collections, event-based traceability and failure recovery. Effective isolation between clients (multi-tenant), authentication, the interface and validation with first customers are the next planned steps.
